Radon Mitigation Course C-105

This course is for individuals who have already completed the C-104 Radon Measurement course and want to become certified in Radon Mitigation in Canada. You will be provided training for the installation of Canadian-specific radon mitigation systems. If you have not already taken a measurement course, the Canada Radon Mitigation Technology – Expanded Version provides both Measurement and Mitigation courses at a discounted package rate.

The easy-listening format of the audio instruction includes interviews with experts in the radon industry providing you with insight into their experience as well as substantive technological and practical information. This course complies with the most recent Health Canada standards.

The course also includes field exercises that are tailored to fit your experience and needs and include one on one mentoring by a Canadian certified mitigation Expert to help guide you through your first mitigation system installation And diagnostics

There are approximately 24 hours of coursework, including audio instruction (in short audio tracks so you can listen to as many or as few as you want at any time); online resources such as videos, protocols, and publications; and quizzes that are taken as you progress through the course (not timed and may be taken unlimited times), plus the time for your field exercises. There is no time limit for taking the course, and even after completion you continue to have access to the course in order to refer back.

As with all of our courses students receive support during and after completion with access to numerous online resources and instructors that are just a phone call away for personal technical support.

NOTE: In order to take this course and the Certification exams that follow this course, you have already completed the C-104 Radon Measurement course.

Certification Exams - The Canadian Certification Exam (C-NRPP) is offered directly through the National Radon Proficiency Program. Once you complete this course, the Certification Exam can be taken in your hometown through the use of a proctor.
